Top Wedding Portrait in Ontario

A few days ago I attended the Professional Photographers of Ontario Convention in Toronto. At this convention they awarded some of the top professional photographers in Ontario for images they have taken. I went to the convention to hang out with some great friends and colleagues and to watch some amazing speakers. I had no idea what was to happen at the awards gala 🙂 I am incredibly proud and very excited to announce that an image I took this past summer was awarded “Best in Class for Wedding Portrait” This was my very first year as a member of the Professional Photographers of Canada. I can’t thank all the judges enough for nominating and choosing my image as Best in Class…. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU 🙂

Boudoir Photographers in Toronto

Last week I submitted a series of 10 boudoir images to the Professional Photographers of Canada (PPOC) ,for Accreditation judging. All 10 images were of clients that gave me permission to use their images…. no models were used and for that a HUGE thank you to all of you 🙂 To be an Accredited Photographer by The PPOC you must submit 10 images in a category to be judged by 3 Judges from all over Canada. ALL 10 images MUST be passed by ALL 3 Judges. Judging took place this weekend in Hamilton, Ontario and I am incredibly proud to say I AM NOW AN ACCREDITED BOUDOIR PHOTOGRAPHER by the PPOC 🙂 Yes ALL 10 images were approved by all 4 judges and I couldn’t be more happy. Again a HUGE thank you to all my incredible clients for allowing me to use your images YOU ROCK 🙂

Cute Baby Photos

Not impressed with Mother Nature this morning…..not at all. So I decided to edit a couple images of our son Austin on his skateboard to try and get that summer feeling back. Not sure if it worked or not as I still get a chill every time I look out the window. But hopefully this white stuff will be gone by tomorrow and we can get back to some nice spring like weather.

Award Winning Wedding Photographer in Guelph

This year I decided to enter an image in one of the biggest photography print contests in the world, the WPPI Second Half Print Competition. When I took this image at Tod and Erin Helkaa’s wedding it was an instant favorite of mine so I thought what the heck lets see what the judges think. And to my surprise it was awarded an “Accolade of Excellence” scoring 86 points. I am incredibly excited about this award and wanted to share the good news with all of you.
