Cross Fit Photographers in Guelph and Kitchener

As some of you know last year I started training with a personal trainer as I was really getting over weight and out of shape. So a year has gone by and I am not looking and feeling better. Well last week I was hired to photograph a couple amazing Cross Fit ladies while they worked out together. I was amazed at what these two and the other people people in the gym training. Well long story short after shooting this session I have since joined Royal City Cross Fit and have now finished all my “Foundation” training. I am really looking forward to Cross Fit and getting in even better shape. Thank you Alora and Brianna for introducing me to this kind of training. This is going to be FUN

High School Grad Photographers in Guelph

Grad Season is heating up here at the studio. “Trash the Prom Dress” sessions are booking fast along with some kick ass sports sessions for the guys……just like Luke’s photo below. Check out this cool slide show of some of the amazing students that came in for some unique grad photos CLIKC HERE.

One of Luke’s photos from his session just was just awarded a Merit at the Canadian National Image Competition put on by the largest Professional Photographers Association in Canada….. the PPOC. (that image will be posted at a later date) This is the second major award we have received for our Grad Photography….who knows maybe one of your images will be entered next

Sport Photographers in Guelph

Andrew Zamin has BIG Goals….and after spending time with him I have all the confidence in the world he will reach all of them. Andrew is one of my 2013 Grad Ambassadors and he came into the studio for his pre Grad Session last week. This young man is currently ranked 5th for indoor 200 metres in Canada for his age group in sprinting. He trains out of Waterloo at Supreme Athletics and will be running in PEI this summer for Nationals hoping to move up in the rankings. Andrew is also now training to qualify for Worlds which takes place in Barcelona.

As you can see Grad Photos don’t have to be boring and you definitely don’t have to wear the silly hat and gown. Waterloo Region Golf Twitterment

Yesterday was the first Waterloo Region Golf Twitterment held at the very beautiful Galt Gountry Club in Cambridge Ontario. This tourney was totally different than anything I have ever seen or been a part of. All throughout the tourney, teams were given tasks that they had to complete and all the while, were tweeting what they were doing on their smart phones. Each hole was sponsored by a local company and I had the great pleasure of being the sponsor for their signature 14th hole. I met many many great people yesterday and had a blast taking some fun photos of each team. This marked the end of an incredibly busy 3 days for me. I photographed 2 HUGE weddings….one on Saturday and then one again on Sunday, so it was nice to just be hanging out on the golf course all day Monday, although I am a little sun burnt

Thanks so much to the Galt Country Club for putting on an amazing day….. I will now let the slide show images speak for how much fun people had

Fitness Photographers in Guelph

Superstar Amanda Gazzola was in the house yesterday for a portfolio session. Amanda is a fitness competitor and is in the middle of training for her next competition. And also while training hard she is in the process of starting her own business. She currently getting ready to open her own health and wellness spa and will be providing services such as: * Facials * Waxing * Swedish Massage * Manicures * Pedicures * Ear Candling * Make up Eventually will be certified doing: * Personal Training * Yoga. I will post some details when Amanda is all set to launch so keep checking back in…..or leave a comment below and I can pass on her info when she is all set……

Good Luck Amanda at your next competition and also with your new business adventure. ( I might actually be calling you for some training advice)

Ethan was in the house today This 8 year old hockey player was a riot to photograph. He is in his 3rd year of hockey now and absolutely loves playing. This summer Ethan will be trying his hand at Lacrosse as well. I hope his mom brings him back for some images of that cool sport. Thanks Ethan you were a lot of fun to photograph
