Cheer Sport Sharks Cambridge

Meet 14 year old Dani Sachs. This beautiful young lady and her mom Tracey came into the studio for one of our crazy cool Epic SPORTrait Sessions. Dani is a Level 5 Senior “Flyer” on one team and a “Base” on another team for the Cheer Sport Sharks out of Cambridge Ontario.

Dani has been doing Cheer for 6 years now and is a 5x National Champion and a 6X Provincial Champion. As you can probably imagine Dani trains 9 hours every week and it was very evident during her session in our studio.

Being a dad of a 5 year old boy I had no clue what was all involved with cheer. Tracey and Dani told me a bit about the sport and showed me a video of Dani and her team competing. HOLY CRAP these ladies are talented. I can’t even touch my toes without bending my knees…. you should see what these athletes can do.

Below is a photo we did in the studio…. this is just a sample of what we did today. I never know what I am going to do with the images once I get them shot. With Dani’s Team being called the “Sharks” I fell water needed to be involved in some way. Wait till you see some of the incredible jumps and poses we did….. they will blow your mind. 🙂
