Body Innovations is a Personal training, Pilates conditioning, Yoga, and post-physiotherapy rehabilitation designed specifically for you company. They are located in Guelph, Ontario.  I was there for a couple hours yesterday meeting all the incredible instructors and owner Susan Nash. I got to spend a bit of time with each of the instructors Jennifer, Gina, Kelly, Chelsey and Susan and I have to say WOW. Everyone of these ladies are incredibly personal and have amazing energy…..they flat wore me out (well that and having to go up and down 4 flights of stairs 27 times).
